In 2022, Corey expanded his mission with PILLLAR Forum, a coffee shop in northeast Minneapolis. PILLLAR Forum has become a community hub, earning a platinum rating for waste reduction from MNimize, demonstrating Corey's commitment to eco-friendly practices.
